However, we seldom get to meet the people and experience the places at the center of change. The Strategy Conference World Tour will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the work of leaders in highly innovative\u200b organizations\u200b both\u200b large and small in five of the world\u2019s centers of change.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty individuals will be invited to join \u200bthree\u200b-day tours between October 2015 and May 2016. During each visit\u200b,\u200b participants will have several intimate discussions about strategy with the CEOs who are driving design and innovation at public companies and with \u200bthe \u200bfounders of start-ups and social service organizations creating the next wave of innovation. The IIT Institute of Design Strategy World Tour will take participants to five transforming cites to experience innovation where it is most critical.<\/p>\n<p>Fred Han, special guest on the Strategy World Tour Hong Kong, is an Assistant Professor at the School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. His current area of research is around developing a User-Experience focused Design Strategy for the Hong Kong Taxi associated with the Hong Kong tourism experience. Prior to his move to academia, Mr Han\u2019s practiced over two decades as an Industrial Designer in industry sectors including Automotive, Electronics and Technology with a range of globally renowned organizations.
