British PM Arrives in China for Major Diplomatic Push

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrived in Beijing on a visit aimed at strengthening political and business ties with China amid growing volatility in relations between Western countries and the United States. Accompanied by a delegation of more than 50 business leaders, Starmer is scheduled to meet President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang on Thursday before traveling to Shanghai on Friday for talks with local executives.
