Something I don’t like about China

There’s something about walking into random restaurants in China—it never fails to pay off. Today was no different. I discovered the most incredible bowl of 豆腐脑 (tofu pudding), a dish I wouldn’t have gone near back in the day. But after years of living here, my palate has fully embraced the local flavours, and I absolutely demolished it within minutes. Safe to say, I’ve got a new breakfast option in the cuisine quiver.
