Eating at the Muslim Quarter in Xi’an, China

With a large Muslim population in China—primarily the Hui ethnic group, who have deep roots in Chinese culture—it’s easy to find incredible halal food. Nowhere was that more evident than in the ancient capital of Xi’an, where my family and I enjoyed this fantastic meal on our holiday last month.
